Apni Chhat apna Ghar Scheme has been launched by the Chief Minister of Punjab to meet the shortage of housing in the whole of Punjab and to provide private houses for poor families in the Apni Chhat apna Ghar scheme. After registration in this program, loans of up to 15 lakh rupees will be provided to the selected family so that they can ensure the construction of a good house on their land.

- In whose name land not exceeding five marles is registered in the urban area
- In whose name not more than 10 marla land is registered in rural area

- Must have a bank account in Bank of Punjab to receive money
- Loans will be provided to those selected in the lottery after submitting the application

ACAG 15 Lakh Loan Distribution Latest Update
Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz made a detailed visit to the program after the completion of the first phase of the Apni Chhat apna Ghar scheme. Out of which the families meeting the eligibility criteria were included in the lottery and the process of disbursing loans up to 15 lakh rupees to the selected 17000 families has been started. Currently 76000 applications are in draft, while they will be processed and a new draw will be made for those who submit new applications. Also, all the families who are still submitting their applications will be included in Phase Two and soon the process of disbursing loans to new families will be started by drawing lots for Phase Two.
