This allotment letter will contain information about your tractor model, its price, the amount you have to deposit, when your tractor will be delivered, and how much registration fee you have to pay.
It should be remembered that without the allotment letter, you cannot get the tractor through the green tractor scheme from the Punjab government, so you must get your allotment letter through the office of the Deputy Director of Agriculture (Extension) established at your district level.

Steps to Submit Payment for Receiving a Green Tractor
When you get your allotment letter, according to the instructions given in the allotment letter, after deducting Rs 10 lakh from the total amount of your tractor, the remaining amount along with the registration fee should be paid at the nearest branch of the Bank of Punjab (BoP).
Don’t forget to carry your original CNIC and allotment letter when you go to the Bank of Punjab (BoP) to deposit your outstanding amount. You can deposit money in the bank through cash, money order, or check. It should be noted that you have to deposit the registration fee along with your outstanding amount which will be provided to you in the allotment letter.

The Punjab government has fixed 15th November 2024 as the date for receiving the allotment letter from the office of the Deputy Director of Agriculture (Extension) established at the district level. You have to make sure that you get your letter before 15 November 2024.
If you get your allotment letter after November 15, then it is of no use to you. Without a letter, you will not be allotted a tractor so make sure to get an allotment letter before 15th November 2024. Like the date of the allotment letter, the Punjab government has also set a date for the payment of the amount, this date is December 5, 2024. You can get the tractor from the Government of Punjab by depositing your money before December 5, 2024, along with the registration fee in the Bank of Punjab (BoP) branch.
If you do not deposit your money along with the registration fee by December 5, 2024, your allotment will be canceled and the Punjab government will provide an allotment letter to another farmer in your place. This allotment letter will be provided through a balloting.
