Process To Apply For Himmat Card

The procedure to apply in Himmat Guard is very easy, every person can easily register for this program sitting at home. Those disabled persons of Punjab who want to register themselves in Himmat Guard will not have to register themselves through the PWD app or any hospital on behalf of the Government of Pakistan. Because many people had to face many problems in registering through this process. Among these problems, the biggest problem was that disabled people had to travel long distances, which was the most difficult thing for them.

The Punjab government has decided to start the DPMIS portal considering all the problems of disabled people. Through this portal, disabled people will be facilitated so that they can submit their application on a Himmat card while sitting at home. Required Documents For Himmat Card 

You need some documents to apply for a Himmat card through DPMIS. Make sure all your documents are up to date. Always upload a photo of your original documents to apply to the program. Do not update photocopies of any documents as this may disqualify you from the program. To apply for a Himmat  Card, the following documents are required.

  • A clear photograph of the applicant
  •  Front side photograph of ID card
  •  Back side photo of ID card
  •  Image of Bay Farm
  • Disability Certificate
  • If the applicant has done any diploma then its a certificate or educational certificate
  • Applicant’s experience certificate

How To Apply For The Program

  • To apply for this program, first visit the DPMIS portal. There click on PWD Services.
  • After that click on the registration button. As soon as you click on the registration button, a form will show in front of you in which you have to enter all your information.
  • After entering the information, click on the registration button. After that, you will be shown a chart. Click on PWD Registration in the first step of this chart.
  • After that, go to the new option, where all your information will be taken from you. In which information about your full name, address, identity card number, gender, date of birth, age, district, tehsil, and qualification, etc. will be given. Remember to enter all your information correctly.
  • As soon as you enter your information, click on the Next button. After that write your educational qualification and click on the next and save button.
  • Then provide all your necessary documents which will ask for the photograph, front, and back side photograph of your ID card, photocopy of the bay form, photograph of your degree, and photographs of experience certificate information, click on the Next button.
