Eligibility Criteria for the Kisan Card
Regarding the eligibility criteria for the Punjab Kisan Card Scheme, let us tell you that Kissan Card is not available for all farmers. Only those farmers who meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Punjab Government can be eligible for this scheme. - To get a Kisan card, the applicant must be a permanent resident of the province of Punjab

- The mobile number of the applicant farmer must be registered on his ID card
- Applicant should not be indebted to any bank
- Applicants should not be involved in any illegal activity to apply for Kissan Card
Remember, to apply for a Kissan Card, a farmer must have a Computerized National Identity Card issued by NADRA. If an applicant has an ID card but it has expired, they should renew their ID card from the NADER office and reapply.
