How Students Can Apply CM Scholarships Program (punjabhec.gov.pk)

  • Students can apply at CM Scholarships Program (punjabhec.gov.pk).
  • First, create an account by entering your nationality, institution, email, CNIC (without dashes) and password.
  • You will receive your username and password on screen, and a copy will also be sent to your email Click the “Click Here” button to continue.
  • Log in to your account using your username, password, and the provided captcha code.
  • After logging in, you will see the eligibility criteria. After reading it, click the “Next” button.
  • Fill your personal details as per the request.
  • Provide your address details from Punjab.
  • Next, enter your educational information and press “Next”.
  • Indicate whether you are employed or not.
  • Then, provide your parents’ details, such as their CNIC, name and phone number.
  • Enter details about your family members, including their names and CNIC numbers.
  • Provide your income information mentioning your monthly income.
  • Enter your monthly expenses and how much they cost.
  • Provide details about your transportation.
  • Finally, upload the required documents, such as your affidavit, CNIC, and university enrollment proof.

After everything is done, you can submit your application. After submission, you will be successfully registered in the Honhaar Scholarship Program provided by the Punjab Government.
