Punjab Bike Scheme Phase 2: The Punjab government has started an electric bike scheme for the youth of Punjab. Under which the young students of Punjab can make their life journey easier by getting a bike. Phase 2 of the Electric Bikes Scheme of Punjab has started. The Punjab government had set the number of registrations in the Punjab Electric Bike Scheme at 20,000.
While in phase two, the capacity has been increased to 27200. In this scheme, the eligible students of Punjab will get bikes from the government on easy installments. In the first phase of the Punjab Electric Bike Scheme, 20 thousand bikes were distributed. Punjab Bank has given approval to give loans for bikes to 20 thousand students.
